HavensBook provides an online platform for creating memorial pages for deceased pets. You can upload photos, write biographies, light virtual candles, and place flowers.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• You must not provide false information
• One account per person – multiple accounts are not permitted

4. Content Guidelines

When uploading content (photos, text), you agree to:

• Only upload content you own the rights to
• Not post offensive, illegal, or harassing content
• Not use copyrighted materials without permission
• Not post commercial advertising or spam

5. License for Uploaded Content

By uploading photos, you grant HavensBook a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, display, and technically process (resize, compress) your content. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

6. Paid Services

• Your first memorial is free
• Additional memorials and premium features (candles, backgrounds, hearts) require payment
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time. Your memorials and uploaded content will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.

8. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from:

• Hacking, damaging, or abusing the website
• Using automated tools (bots) without permission
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Spreading false or misleading information

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

HavensBook is provided "as is". We make no warranty of uninterrupted or error-free availability. We are not liable for loss of data or content, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
